Procedure Generally. Nothing in this procedure shall prohibit an employee from informally attempting to resolve a dispute during the open five (5) day period prior to the initiation of a formal grievance. Where a formal grievance is initiated, the following procedures shall apply to the administration of all grievances filed under this procedure:
