Procedures Manuals. Upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ request at no additional cost to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, TCS shall deliver to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for its review, comment and approval Procedures Manuals which may include the following: (a) Details of calculating the Off-Shore Leverage Percentages; (b) Details of all reporting requirements; (c) Quality assurance processes and procedures; (d) Procedures and matters to be brought to the Executive Steering Committee; (e) Procedures for reconstruction of data; and (f) Methodology for determining the difference between the Baseline and actual quarterly provision of Services.
