The process begins with a review of the candidate’s application and a recommendation of the candidate’s application by the Academic Supervisor, followed by review and recommendations from the Academic Unit RPT Committee, the Unit Manager, the UPT Committee, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and President. The Board of Trustees makes the final decision on the recommendations from the preceding levels.
