Processing Grievances During Regular Work Hours Sample Clauses

The "Processing Grievances During Regular Work Hours" clause establishes that any formal complaints or disputes raised by employees will be addressed and resolved during the standard working hours. In practice, this means that meetings, discussions, or investigations related to grievances are scheduled within the normal workday, ensuring that employees do not have to use personal time to participate in the process. This clause helps maintain fairness and accessibility in the grievance process by minimizing disruption to employees' personal lives and ensuring that all parties are available and compensated for their time.
