Processing of Items. The provision of services shall be governed by the Regulus Documentation or other applicable agreements and related service terms, as may be amended from time to time, subject to the prior written consent to any such amendments of a material nature by the Trustee and AmeriCredit, which consents shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
