Common use of Processing Services and IPS Platform Clause in Contracts

Processing Services and IPS Platform. Customer acknowledges that all Processing Services and the IPS Platform are and shall remain the sole property of MasterCard and/or its third party suppliers and that Customer's use of them does not create in Customer any right, title, or interest in them, except as expressly provided in this Agreement. Customer will implement reasonable security precautions and take appropriate action so as to enable Customer to satisfy 7 MasterCard International IncorporatedProcessing Services Agreement its obligations under this Agreement and to prevent the loss or alteration of, or unauthorized access to, the Processing Services and the IPS Platform.
