Procurement Contracts. 4.2.1 MSA shall have the right to review the form of all subcontracts which shall incorporate the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. 4.2.2 Contractor shall not make any changes to any of its subcontractors without prior written approval by MSA, which may be given or withheld at the sole discretion of MSA. 4.2.3 Contractor shall deliver to MSA a copy of each executed subcontract, and any changes, modifications, additions or amendments. MSA shall not be a party to any subcontract.
