Common use of Producing Records Clause in Contracts

Producing Records. At any time during the Agreement term or during the period of time that Calpine is required to retain the Records, the City Manager, the Director, the City Attorney, the City Auditor, or a designated representative of any of these officers may request, in writing, production of all or a portion of the Records. Calpine shall produce the requested Records at City Hall during normal business hours, or at any other location and time mutually agreed upon by the parties. Calpine shall produce the requested Records at no cost to the City.
