Product Availability. 15.1. Where any product, model or accessory is deemed unavailable, the Contractor is required to propose, at no additional cost, an alternative product, model or accessory to a similar specification or as requested by the Authority and/or Framework Public Body. There is no obligation for the Authority and/or Framework Public Body to accept the alternative product proposed.
