Common use of Product Traceability Clause in Contracts

Product Traceability. The Distributor shall implement and maintain an inventory traceability system that: 1. Records and traces quantity and lot number of any Product received and distributed; 2. Has the capability of identifying the Product shipping date, location and/or the Customer where each lot shipped to within 24 hours when requested by AOS; 3. Records the information stated above from receiving the Product from AOS through delivering the Product to Customer; and 4. Additional label pasted by Distributor shall not cover AOS original labels and markings.
