PRODUCTION LOCATION. Seller reserves the right to produce any order at any of its manufacturing locations unless a separate written agreement is in place between Buyer and Seller specifying a single production location.
PRODUCTION LOCATION. Licensee agrees to produce all Products under this License at the Licensee Facility specified in section 1.10. Production of the Products at any other facility requires written authorization from the Licensor.

Producer is not entitled to rent the Equipment until the Insurance. Prior to the First Day of Production, MGV requires the Producer to obtain $60,000 in Property Insurance Coverage, Use of Equipment. Producer must return the Equipment in the same condition in which they were given it. PRODUCTION LOCATION. Except as otherwise provided in Article 8 below, all Vialed Material shall be produced at DepoTech's facilities in San Diego County, or such other locations as agreed by the parties, which facilities shall be approved by the FDA for the manufacture of the Vialed Material.

Prior to the First Day of Production, MGV requires the Producer to obtain $75,000 in Property Insurance Coverage, listing MGV as Loss Payee for loss or damage to property rented as well as $2,000,000 in General Liability Coverage, naming MGV as an additional insured on your liability insurance. Use of Equipment. Producer must return the Equipment in the same condition in which they were given it. Although MGV actively maintains the Equipment on a regular basis, the Producer must check the Equipment before using it. If there are any problems, Producer must inform MGV immediately, otherwise MGV may presume that any problems related to the Equipment occurred due to Producer’s use of the Equipment. Producer will ensure the Equipment is kept in a secure location when not in use, and that it is not exposed to extreme or damaging conditions (e.g., leaving equipment unattended anywhere, including in cold weather, operating Equipment in the rain, putting it down in mud).
