Professional Credentialing and Licensure. If the Contractor, its employees, and/or subcontractors who shall be in contact with HCA clients while performing work under this Agreement must be accredited, certified, licensed or registered according to Washington state laws and regulations, the Contractor shall ensure that all such individuals do not have, and shall remain without during the term of this Interagency Agreement, restrictions or sanctions placed on such accreditation, certification, license and/or registration. The Contractor within three business days of receipt of information relating to disciplinary action against the accreditation, certification, license and/or registration of the Contractor, an employee, or subcontractor shall notify the HCA Contact listed on page one of this Interagency Agreement. The Contractor will maintain copies of the clinical service healthcare provider’s license and other credentials, and have them available for review upon request by the SBS Manager. .
