Common use of Professional Interpretations Clause in Contracts

Professional Interpretations. The Design Professional will, when requested to do so in writing by the Contractor, promptly and so as to cause no unnecessary delay, render written or graphic interpretations and decisions necessary for the proper execution of the Work. The Design Professional’s interpretations and decisions relating to artistic effect shall be final if not inconsistent with this Agreement.
