Professional Learning Community Sample Clauses
A Professional Learning Community (PLC) clause establishes a framework for educators or professionals within an organization to collaborate regularly for the purpose of improving skills, sharing best practices, and enhancing overall performance. Typically, this clause outlines expectations for participation in scheduled meetings, joint planning sessions, or collaborative projects, and may specify the frequency and format of such interactions. By formalizing these collaborative efforts, the clause ensures ongoing professional development and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, ultimately aiming to enhance outcomes for the organization or its stakeholders.
