Professional Skill. It is further mutually understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that inasmuch as COLLECTION AGENCY represents to CITY that COLLECTION AGENCY and its subcontractors, if any, are skilled in the profession and shall perform in accordance with the standards of said profession necessary to perform the services agreed to be done by it under this Agreement, CITY relies upon the skill of COLLECTION AGENCY and any subcontractors to do and perform such services in a skillful manner and COLLECTION AGENCY agrees to thus perform the services and require the same of any subcontractors. Therefore, any acceptance of such services by CITY shall not operate as a release of COLLECTION AGENCY or any subcontractors from said professional standards.
