Profitable Distribution. The Licensee is limited to distributing one (1) version of the Master Recording for profitable use. The Licensee is limited to a distribution of five thousand (5000) copies of the Master Recording, which can be distributed on any kind of recording media including, but not limited to: compact discs, DVDs, VHS videos, and all other forms of media. With one year from date leased beat was purchased to distribute until having to renew lease agreement.
Profitable Distribution. Buyer has the right to perform, record, reproduce, distribute, stream, and sell the New Song worldwide, royalty free. These rights are subject only to the limits described below. o Licensee shall be permitted to distribute unlimited non-profit internet downloads. Non- Profit live Performances and Non-Commercial Broadcasts have no limit. o Licensee can earn up to fifty thousand Great British Pounds (£50,000 GBP) in mechanical royalties.

Licensee hereby agrees and acknowledges that it is expressly prohibited from taking any action(s) and from engaging in any use of the Beat or New Song in the manners, or for the purposes, set forth below:
Profitable Distribution. The Licensee is allowed to distribute the Master Recording for two (2) profitable/commercial uses (e.g. album, EP, single or mixtape) on any physical or digital medium such as CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, VHS videos, USB-Sticks and all other forms of media or digital sales (e.g. iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, Spotify, etc.) with a circulation of up to five thousand (5,000) sales units, all 100% royalty-free. Besides these allowed sales units (physical or digital song sales) which count as 1 profitable project, the customer/Licensee is allowed to use the beat(s) for 1 further profitable project, either for public performances such as profitable live shows, or for monetized (profitable) videos (e.g. YouTube). Licensee is allowed to earn up to $2000 in total trough either live shows or monetized videos. Once Licensee has reached the limit of his allowed sales units and/or allowed earnings, and/or further sales are desired, further rights with a new sales cap need to be obtained with a new license or license upgrade (if the beat has not yet been sold with exclusive rights and is still available). If the beat is no longer available and offered for any form of licensing and/or marked as sold, license owners of any type of non-exclusive rights may upgrade their current license to the highest available non-exclusive license such as an unlimited license. If exclusive rights are no longer available, this does not affect license owners from being allowed to upgrade their non-exclusive license(s) to the highest form of non-exclusive license(s). Once Licensee has reached the allowed number of sales and any other limits concerning his license agreement, no more sales can be made after the sales cap is reached. Licensee expressly agrees to remove his songs from any marketplaces, stores, etc. to avoid the song from being sold or monetized continuously. The Licensee is not allowed to get radio-, video- or television-airplay (profit or non-profit) with a premium leasing rights license. For this purpose, Licensee must own Exclusive rights, premium trackouts or unlimited license. Licensee may also use the beat(s) or song for non-profit promotional use or demos (mixtapes).

With one year from date leased beat was purchased to distribute until having to renew lease agreement. Ownership The Licensor maintains 100% full rights (copyright and ownership) of the instrumental, and can continue to sell it non-exclusively and/or exclusively. The Licensee has neither the right nor authority to sell or license the rights to the Instrumental whether in whole or part to any other party. In the event another individual purchases exclusive rights to your licensed Instrumental you will retain your non-exclusive rights under the limitations listed in this agreement and until these terms have been fulfilled.

The Licensee has the right to make unlimited copies of the Master Recording, which can be distributed, manufactured and/or duplicated on any kind of recording media, including, but not limited to: compact discs, DVDs, VHS videos, phonograph records, cassette tapes, and digital downloads. Licensee agrees in the event that said copies of the master recording mechanical royalty monies MUST be paid to Licensor for any and all copies manufactured. In the event copies of the master recording are sold digitally via downloads mechanical royalties must be paid to Licensor for any and every master sold. Furthermore, when the master recording is streamed Licensor is to be paid a mechanical royalty. Royalty monies owed will be dependent on the digital streaming service. In the event of a Master recording being released the Licensor MUST be paid a FULL Mechanical Royalty at the rate of thirty-two (32) cents. Furthermore, In the event of a Master recording being released in any international country or territory outside of the United States the Licensor MUST be paid the maximum Mechanical Royalty statutory rate of said country or territory.

The Master Recording can be distributed on any kind of recording media, including but not limited to: CDs, DVDs, VHS, Cassette, Digitally, and all other forms of media (online and offline). The Licensor expressly forbids the resale of other distribution of the Instrumental by itself, either as it exists, or any modification thereof.
