Program Accreditation. Provide oversight of all ACGME sponsored/administered Residency Programs via the Advocate Graduate Medical Education Committee to ensure that each Program provides quality education and is in compliance with all accreditation requirements. Advocate, the Hospital and the program are responsible to provide orientation and ongoing education and updates, as necessary to Resident(s) regarding all applicable policies and procedures to include but not be limited to Work Hours and Moonlighting.
Program Accreditation. Faculty members assigned to oversee, collect, and/or analyze data; write reports; or otherwise to be involved in program accreditation will be awarded one to three ACEs per academic semester based upon the level of their involvement in the accreditation process as defined by the DWE document.

Program Accreditation. In the event of the loss of program accreditation, UPHS will inform the GMEC, DIO, and affected residents as soon as possible. UPHS will make a good faith effort to assist any affected resident who so requests to find and secure another position in an accredited program. For residents continuing in a program for which accreditation is lost and is not subsequently scheduled for closure, UPHS will maintain levels of training and continue to provide rotations required for certification.

Related to Program Accreditation

  • Accreditation The School shall be accredited as provided by rule of the state board of education.

  • LICENSING, ACCREDITATION AND REGISTRATION The Contractor shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal licensing, accreditation and registration requirements or standards necessary for the performance of this Contract.

  • Licensure The Contractor covenants that it has: (a) obtained all of the applicable licenses or permits, permanent, temporary or otherwise as required by Title 27 of the Virgin Islands Code; and (b) familiarized itself with the applicable provisions of Title 27 of the Virgin Islands Code pertaining to professions and occupations.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.
