Program Communications. 5.1 The Recipient may include messaging in its own communications products and activities with regards to the use of Funds. 5.2 When undertaking such activities, the Recipient will provide the opportunity for AMO and Canada to participate and will recognize the funding of all contributors. 5.3 Canada and AMO agree that they will not unreasonably restrict the Recipient from: (i) using, for its own purposes, public communications products related to the Funds prepared by Canada or AMO (“Communication Products”) or, (ii) linking to web-based Communication Products. 5.4 Notwithstanding Section 4 of Schedule E, Canada retains the right to meet its obligations to communicate information to Canadians about the use of Funds through communications products and activities.

Each participating agency shall identify a designee(s) responsible for disseminating information on the job sharing program to its employees - management as well as bargaining unit members. The agency designee shall act as a coordinator for those bargaining unit employees who wish to participate in the job sharing program (e.g., putting interested employees in touch with each other; informing them of locations where job sharing may be particularly appropriate; providing copies of other partnership agreements existing in the agency, etc.). However, it is essential that the interested employees do not feel the agency is actually matching job sharing partners.

Canada and the Recipient may also include general Program messaging and an overview of this Project as an example in their own communications products and activities. Canada and the Recipient will ensure that: a) Canada and the Recipient will work together with respect to Joint Communications about the Project. b) Joint Communications related to Project funded under this Agreement should not occur without the prior knowledge and agreement of each of the Parties. c) All Joint Communications material will be approved by Canada and the Recipient, and will recognize the funding of each of the Parties. d) Each of the Parties may request Joint Communications to communicate to Canadians about the progress or completion of Projects. The requestor will provide at least fifteen (15) business days’ notice to the other Parties. If the Communications Activity is an event, it will take place at a mutually agreed date and location. e) The requestor of the Joint Communications will provide an equal opportunity for the other Parties to participate and choose their own designated representative in the case of an event. f) As Canada has an obligation to communicate in English and French, Communications products related to events must be bilingual and include the Canada word ▇▇▇▇ and the other Party’s logo. In such cases, Canada will provide the translation services and final approval of products. g) The conduct of all Joint Communications will follow the Table of Precedence for Canada. Media events include, but are not limited to, news conferences, public announcements, official events or ceremonies, and news releases. The Recipient agrees to collaborate with Canada on Communications Activities and products including, but not limited to, Project success stories, vignettes, and multi-media products.
Program Communications. The Program Manager shall be the principal interface between the Program and the Contractor’s corporate organization, the Contractor and Subcontractors (if applicable), and between the Contractor and the TerreStar Program Office for all matters relating to the contract. The party undertaking these activities will recognize the funding of all contributors. 4.3. Canada, Nova Scotia and the Municipality agree that they will not unreasonably restrict the other parties from using, for their own purposes, public communications products related to the CCBF prepared by Canada, Nova Scotia or the Municipality, or, if web- based, from linking to it. 4.4. Notwithstanding Section 3 of this schedule, Canada retains the right to meet its obligations to communicate to Canadians about the CCBF and the use of funding.
Program Communications. The parties shall cooperate in promptly sharing with each other appropriate information regarding the dual enrollment program and participating students. The parties also shall cooperate in communicating the educational benefits and requirements for participation and enrollment procedures to parents and students.

Canada, New Brunswick and the Ultimate Recipient will not unreasonably restrict the other parties from using, for their own purposes, public communications products related to Projects funded through the SCF and if web-based, from linking to it.
