Program Management Office. Contractor shall establish a Program Management Office (PMO) led by an assigned Program Manager who shall be responsible for managing all matters related to the performance of the Contract. The Program Manager shall ensure that personnel, facilities and other resources necessary for executing Contract provisions are acquired, assigned and made available at the times and places needed to meet the Contract delivery schedule. Contractor shall assign experienced technical and managerial personnel to the PMO.
