Program Participants. A permanent classroom teacher shall become a program participant under either of the following conditions: A. Participation is mandatory for any teacher who has received one or more performance evaluations in the previous two year period which contain one or more summary ratings of “unsatisfactory” in any of the four evaluation areas listed in F.6. of this article. B. The teacher volunteers to participate and the Panel and the Superintendent or designee agrees to the participation.
