Common use of Program Preparation Time Clause in Contracts

Program Preparation Time. 40.01 As of September 4, 2018 all positions, except Cook/Housekeeper/Teachers Aide, will be allowed one and one half (1 ½) hours of program preparation time weekly. This time will be scheduled as follows:

This time hour will be scheduled as follows:used individually, at separate times by each staff in the room. 44.02 During the monthly staff meeting, in collaboration with their team teacher, a minimum of one hour will be given to complete program planning. During this time, teams will be expected to complete a monthly program sheet.
