Common use of Program Reports Clause in Contracts

Program Reports. The Program Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Program and prepare Program Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions. Each Program Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than forty-five days after the end of the period covered by such report.
