Program Scope. English Language Learners (▇▇▇▇) shall receive native language services and support. Bargaining Unit Members are encouraged to report to Epic Academy when they believe a student is not receiving appropriate English Language services. Bargaining Unit Members shall not be subject to any retaliation for making such reports.
