Program Services Report. The Subrecipient shall comply with the data requirements of the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ HIV/AID Program Services Report (“RSR”). The RSR captures information necessary to demonstrate program performance and accountability. The Subrecipient shall submit client-level data as instructed in the RSR manual.
