Common use of Programs and Functions Clause in Contracts

Programs and Functions. The County Authority shall endeavor to carry out the powers, duties, and functions, and responsibilities of an authority under the Land Bank Act consistent with this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the power, privilege, and authority to acquire, manage, and dispose of interests in property, and doing all other things necessary or convenient to implement the purposes, objectives, and provisions of the Land Bank Act and the purposes, objectives, and powers delegated to a County Authority under other laws or executive order.
