Common use of Programs and Services Clause in Contracts

Programs and Services. The Enrolling District agrees to provide special education programs and services for Student (hereinafter “Student”) who resides within the Resident District, under the IEP dated Date , and to provide appropriate special education programs and services under subsequent IEPs so long as the student continues to be enrolled in the Enrolling District under Section 105c. In the event that after the execution of this agreement there is a significant change in the costs or level of special education programs or services required by the student, the Enrolling District will notify the Resident District within
