Progress and Financial Reports. CMHI grantees must provide quarterly, annual and final progress reports. The final progress report must summarize information from the annual reports, describe the accomplishments of the project and describe next steps for implementing plans developed during the grant period. • Grantees must provide annual and final financial status reports.
