PROGRESS AND ROYALTY REPORTS. 9.1 Beginning [ * ], Licensee must submit to The Regents [ * ] progress reports covering Licensee’s activities related to the development and testing of all Licensed Products and the obtaining of the governmental approvals necessary for marketing. These progress reports must be made for each Licensed Product until its First Commercial Sale. 9.2 The progress reports submitted under Paragraph 9.1 must include the following topics:
