Beginning December Sample Clauses
The "Beginning December" clause establishes that certain obligations, rights, or actions specified in the agreement will commence starting in the month of December. For example, this could mean that payments, services, or deliverables are scheduled to begin in December, regardless of when the contract is signed. This clause is used to clearly define the start date for key provisions, ensuring both parties are aligned on when responsibilities or benefits take effect and preventing confusion about the timing of contractual duties.
