Common use of Progress Meeting Clause in Contracts

Progress Meeting. 6.1 The CITY’S designated Project Manager may hold periodic meetings on a monthly basis, or more frequently, if required, during the term of this Agreement. The CONTRACTOR’S Project Manager and all other appropriate personnel shall attend such meetings as designated by the CITY’S Project Manager.

The CONTRACTOR’S Consultant's Project Manager and all other appropriate personnel shall attend such meetings as designated by the CITY’S City's Project Manager.
