Common use of PROGRESS OF WORK Clause in Contracts

PROGRESS OF WORK. During the period of construction the contractor shall maintain proportionate progress on the basis of a Programme Chart submitted by the contractor immediately before commencement of works and agreed to by the Employer /Architects. Contractor should also include planning for procurement of scarce material well in advance and reflect the same in the programme chart so that there is no delay in completion of the project.

PROGRESS OF WORK. Contractor should also include planning shall plan for procurement of scarce material materials, equipments well in advance and reflect the same in the programme a progress chart so that there is no delay on the part of the contractor in completion of the project. Maintenance and production of such records as and when required shall be the responsibilities of the contractor.
