Progress Photos Clause Samples

The Progress Photos clause requires one party, typically the contractor, to provide regular photographic documentation of the work as it progresses. These photos are usually taken at specified intervals or upon reaching certain project milestones and are submitted to the owner or project manager for review. This clause ensures transparency and allows stakeholders to monitor construction progress remotely, helping to verify that work is proceeding according to schedule and specifications.
