Progress Reporting Toward Meeting Milestone Schedule. Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the Milestone Schedule and avoid or minimize any delays in meeting such schedule. Seller shall provide a monthly written report of its progress toward meeting the Milestone Schedule using the procedures set forth in Exhibit F. Seller shall include in such report a list of all letters, notices, applications, approvals, authorizations, filings, permits and licenses relating to any Transmission Provider or Governmental Authority and shall provide any such documents as may be reasonably requested on Notice from Buyer. In addition, Seller shall advise Buyer as soon as reasonably practicable of any problems or issues of which it is aware which may materially impact its ability to meet the Milestone Schedule.
