Common use of Progress Reports and Consultation Clause in Contracts

Progress Reports and Consultation. Contractor shall submit to Owner by the sixteenth (16th) day of each month, or if the sixteenth (16th) is not a Business Day, then on the first Business Day following such day, a written progress report (in form reasonably satisfactory to Owner) which report shall include a description of the progress of the Work, details regarding the completion of any milestones in the Payment Schedule, the status of the supply of goods, materials and Equipment necessary for the completion of the Work, a comparison of the actual schedule of the Work with the Project Schedule, and an evaluation of problems and deficiencies and a description of any planned corrective action with respect thereto. The monthly progress report shall be delivered to the Owner Representative. Contractor shall promptly notify Owner in writing at any time if Contractor has reason to believe that there will be a material deviation in the Project Schedule which may result in Contractor failing to meet a Guaranteed Completion Date or may affect the time required for Owner to perform any of its obligations under Article 4 above, and Contractor will specify in said notice any corrective action planned to be taken by Contractor.
