Progression Criteria for Increments. (a) An employee will be entitled to progress by annual increments to the top of the relevant salary range, provided the employee has not refused to participate in a professional development meeting with their supervisor pursuant to clause 24.0 of this Agreement. (b) Where an employee has not met with their supervisor pursuant to clause 24.0 of this Agreement or where an employee wishes to apply for two or more increments he/she will be required to make an application to their supervisor based on performance and achievements against the relevant PCSs in Schedule 3 of this Agreement. (c) Two increments requires the approval of the ▇▇▇▇ and must be based on outstanding achievement over the previous 12 months. (d) More than two increments requires the approval of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and must be based on exceptionally outstanding achievement over the previous 12 months.
