Progressive Corrective Action. While the University believes in the principle of progressive and corrective action (discipline), circumstances may arise where a specific incident may justify immediate and/or severe corrective action, up to and including termination. Non-probationary employees will receive corrective action only for just cause. Probationary employees and regular part-time Dispatchers may receive corrective action without just cause.
