Written Warning Sample Clauses
A Written Warning clause establishes a formal process for notifying an individual or party of a breach, misconduct, or failure to meet certain obligations. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which a written warning may be issued, the method of delivery, and the consequences of receiving such a warning, such as the opportunity to correct the issue or the potential for further disciplinary action if the behavior continues. Its core practical function is to provide a clear, documented step in addressing problems before more severe measures are taken, ensuring fairness and transparency in the enforcement of rules or contractual terms.
