Progressive Corrective Action. The objective of imposing corrective action is to correct undesirable behavior that adversely affects the work area, other employees, and/or the mission of the College. Corrective actions shall be for just cause and shall be administered fairly and consistently throughout the College within the guidelines set herein. The suggested corrective action outlined shall also be commensurate with the offense taking into account the severity of the violation(s), mitigating circumstances, and previous corrective action history. Progressive corrective action may include: A. Corrective counseling B. Written reprimand
