Prohibited Areas Clause Samples
The Prohibited Areas clause defines specific locations or zones where certain activities, operations, or behaviors are not allowed under the agreement. Typically, this clause lists or references areas where the use of property, conduct of business, or access is restricted, such as environmentally sensitive zones, secure facilities, or regions subject to legal limitations. Its core practical function is to prevent parties from engaging in prohibited actions in designated areas, thereby reducing legal risk and ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations.
