Prohibited Content. You may not access Google services from an Application that: (a) contains any viruses, worms, trojan horses, or the like; and (b) is distributed primarily for the purpose of (i) distributing pornographic, obscene, excessively profane, gambling-related, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal content, or (ii) distributing content related to “hacking” or “cracking.”

Prohibited Content. The parties to this agreement do not intend (either recklessly or otherwise) to incorporate any content which is prohibited by the Workplace Relations Act 1996 and Regulations. In the event that prohibited content has been included in this Agreement the parties agree that the affected provisions are void and should be severed from this Agreement. Any provisions in Part 2 of this Agreement which contain “prohibited content” within the meaning of section 356 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth), are expressly excluded and do not form any part of this Agreement.

Prohibited Content. You agree that you will not send, display, post, submit, publish or transmit a User Submission or Message that: (i) is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction; (ii) is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights; (iii) creates a risk to a person’s safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with an investigation by law enforcement; (iv) impersonates another person; (v) promotes illegal drugs, violates export control laws, relates to illegal gambling, or illegal arms trafficking; (vi) is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, violates any law, or is otherwise dishonest, inaccurate, inappropriate, malicious or fraudulent; (vii) involves theft or terrorism; (viii) constitutes an unauthorized commercial communication; (ix) contains the contact information or any personally identifiable information of any third party unless you have first obtained the express consent of said third party to include their contact information or personally identifiable information; and/or (x) breaches this Agreement.

Prohibited Content. You are prohibited from uploading or otherwise posting any prohibited or illegal content, which includes any of the following content (as determined by us in our sole discretion) (“Prohibited Content”): 3.2.1. consists of criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, or the theft/infringement of intellectual property; 3.2.2. is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; 3.2.3. harasses or advocates harassment of another person; 3.2.4. exploits people in a sexual or violent manner; 3.2.5. contains nudity, violence, subject matter which violates contemporary community standards for decency or contains a link to an adult website; 3.2.6. solicits personal information from anyone under 18; 3.2.7. provides personal information, pictures, photographs, licenses, biographical information, telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, or email addresses of any individual without that individual’s prior written consent; 3.2.8. promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous; 3.2.9. involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters”, or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, “spimming”, or “spamming”; 3.2.10. furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities; 3.2.11. interferes with, disrupts, or creates an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services; 3.2.12. is an attempt to impersonate another person; 3.2.13. is an unauthorized use of another person’s Account, username, or password; and/or; 3.2.14. uses the Services in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Services, terminating the Account of such violator(s) and notifying the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

Prohibited Content. 1.6.1 It is the express intention of the parties to this Agreement that the Agreement not contain prohibited content. 1.6.2 If it should be later found that this Agreement does contain a provision containing prohibited content, that provision or part of the provision (as the case requires) (the “offending provision”) will be of no effect and severed from this Agreement without invalidating or modifying the remainder of the Agreement and the offending provision will be deemed not to have at any time formed part of the Agreement. 1.6.3 In this Agreement, prohibited content has the same meaning as it does in the Act and the Workplace Relations Regulations 2006.

Prohibited Content. As a pre-condition of use of the OYO Platform, User warrants to OYO that User shall not use this OYO Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, unauthorized, or inconsistent with these terms, and the User agrees that this license to use OYO Platform will terminate immediately upon User's violation of this warranty. OYO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to block/terminate User's access to this OYO Platform and its content at any time, with or without notice. The User agrees, acknowledges, confirms and undertakes that the registration data, information/data provided or uploaded onto the OYO Platform by the User: a. shall not be false, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete; or b. shall not be fraudulent or involve the use of counterfeit or stolen credit cards; or c. shall not infringe any third party's intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; or d. shall not be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; or e. shall not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines or executable files that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information of any person whatsoever; or f. shall not create liability for OYO or cause OYO to lose (in whole or in part) the services of OYO’s ISPs or other service providers/suppliers. If the User contravenes the foregoing or OYO has reasonable grounds to suspect that the User has contravened the foregoing, ▇▇▇ has the right to indefinitely deny or terminate User's access to the OYO Platform and to refuse to honor the User's request(s). The Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities: a. Systematically retrieve data or other content from the OYO Platform to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us b. Make any unauthorized use of the OYO Platform, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses. c. Prohibited Content. 2.1 You may only use the Polemos’ Services if you comply with these Terms, applicable third-party policies, and all applicable laws, rules, regulations and related guidance. The following conduct is prohibited: 2.1.1 using the Services for, or to promote or facilitate, illegal activity (including, without limitation, money laundering, financing terrorism, tax evasion, buying or selling illegal drugs, contraband, counterfeit goods, or illegal weapons); 2.1.2 exploiting the Services for any unauthorized commercial purpose; 2.1.3 uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, cancel bots, spiders, malware or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services; 2.1.4 attempting to or actually copying or making unauthorized use of all or any portion of the Services, including by attempting to reverse compile, reformatting or framing, disassemble, reverse engineer any part of the Services; 2.1.5 harvesting or otherwise collecting information from the Services for any unauthorized purpose; 2.1.6 using the Services under false or fraudulent pretences or otherwise being deceitful; 2.1.7 interfering with other users’ access to or use of the Services; 2.1.8 interfering with or circumventing of the security features of the Services or any third party’s systems, networks or resources used in the provision of Services; 2.1.9 engaging in any attack, hack, denial-of-service attack, interference, or exploit of any smart contract in connection with use of the Services (and operations performed by a user that are technically permitted by a smart contract may nevertheless be a violation of these Terms, and the law); or 2.1.10 engaging in any anticompetitive behaviour or other misconduct. 2.2 Violating our rules may result in our intervention. You agree and acknowledge that if you use the Services to engage in conduct prohibited by any applicable law, we permanently reserve the right to completely or partially restrict or revoke your access to the Services, either completely or for a period of time, at our sole discretion.
