Prohibited use of card. CIBC may block transactions that it can identify as internet gambling. In addition, you must not use your Card or Credit Card account: • for any fraudulent or illegal purpose, including the purchase of any goods or services prohibited by applicable local law where you reside; • after the expiry date embossed on the Card; or • to pay any amount that you owe to CIBC or a CIBC affiliate.
