Prohibition on Data Mining Sample Clauses

The Prohibition on Data Mining clause restricts parties from collecting, extracting, or analyzing data from a system, website, or database without explicit permission. In practice, this means users or third parties are not allowed to use automated tools, scripts, or manual processes to gather information such as user data, content, or usage patterns from the protected resource. This clause is primarily used to safeguard proprietary information, protect user privacy, and prevent unauthorized exploitation of data, thereby reducing the risk of data breaches and misuse.
