Supplier acknowledges that in the course of its performance under this Purchase Order, it, its agents, and employees may have access to Non-Public Information. Supplier agrees to hold the Non-Public Information in strict confidence. Supplier shall not use or disclose Non-Public Information received from or on behalf of the University, except as permitted or required by this Purchase
