Project Administration and Management. EDMU shall be responsible overseeing the day-to-day implementation of the Project including carrying out financial management and procurement aspects of the Project. The Recipient shall appoint to EDMU by December 31, 2004 staff having qualifications and experience satisfactory to the Association.
