Project Administrator. The Project Administrator shall be responsible for coordinating the work of the CONSULTANT, for providing any necessary information for and direction of the CONSULTANT's work in order to ensure that it generally meets the requirements of this agreement, and for reviewing, monitoring and approving the general quality and quantity of such work. The CONSULTANT shall report to and take any necessary direction from the Project Administrator. Provided, that nothing in this section shall be construed as altering the CONSULTANT’S duty of care or otherwise limiting, abridging, waiving or reducing the CONSULTANT’S obligations under this agreement.
