Project Administrator. The Department shall designate a project administrator (the “Project Administrator”), who may be replaced at the discretion of the Department. The Project Administrator shall have the authority to act for the Department under this Agreement for any Deliverable(s) initially acquired/installed from the Contractor and such authority shall continue to be in effect throughout the term of this Agreement.
