Common use of Project Agreements Clause in Contracts

Project Agreements. Insofar as they pertain to this Project, any project management agreement, the Power Sales Agreements, the Power Purchase Agreement, or any other contracts for the purchase, procurement, delivery or transmission of Facility Products, or any other agreements for scheduling, dispatching, exchanging, tagging, movement or transmission of Facility Products, or agreements to which SCPPA is a party relating to the administration or management of the Project.

Project Agreements. Insofar as they pertain to this Project, any Any project management agreement, the Power Sales Agreements, the Power Purchase Agreement, the Interconnection Contracts, the Ancillary Documents or any other contracts for the purchase, procurement, delivery or transmission of Facility ProductsCapacity, or any other agreements for scheduling, dispatching, exchanging, tagging, movement or transmission of Facility ProductsCapacity, or agreements to which SCPPA is a party relating to the administration or management of the Project.

Insofar as they pertain to this Project, any project management agreementThe Power Purchase Agreement, the Power Sales Agreements, the Power Purchase AgreementTransmission Assignments, or any other contracts associated SCPPA agreement for the purchase, procurement, delivery or transmission transportation of Facility ProductsOutput, or any other agreements agreement for scheduling, dispatching, exchanging, tagging, movement or transmission of Facility ProductsOutput, any project management agreement, any agreement for tracking, registering or agreements otherwise crediting Environmental Attributes, and any agreement to which SCPPA is a party relating to the development, administration or management operation of the ProjectProject or for placing of the Project into operation.
