Common use of Project commencement and Phases Clause in Contracts

Project commencement and Phases. Psyence shall, in its sole discretion and on prior written notice to Filament, be entitled (but not obliged) to commence, suspend (for up to [*****]) and/or terminate any Project at any phase of the Project. In the event of the suspension or termination of any Project, Filament shall remain entitled to any payments in respect of any Milestones already achieved in accordance with clause 3.3.
