The Project Conferences clause establishes the requirement for regular meetings between the parties involved in a project to discuss progress, address issues, and coordinate activities. Project Conferences. 3.4.1 Throughout all phases of the Individual Project, the Engineer and its consultants shall meet periodically with the Owner when reasonably requested. Participants shall be as determined by the Owner.
3.4.2 The Engineer shall be responsible for scheduling and attending any meetings necessary to properly coordinate the design effort including, without limitation, meetings with governing agencies, code officials and applicable utilities.
