Project Cooperation. The Parties recognize that the construction to take place under this PLA involves unique and special circumstances which dictate the need for the Parties to develop specific procedures to promote high quality, rapid and uninterrupted construction methods and practices. The smooth operation and successful and timely completion of the work is vitally important to the District and the students of the District. The Parties therefore agree that maximum cooperation among all Parties involved is required; and that with construction work of this magnitude, with multiple Contractors and crafts performing work on multiple sites over an extended period of time, it is essential that all Parties work in a spirit of harmony and cooperation, and with an overriding commitment to maintain the continuity of Project Work.
